We offer a comprehensive range of gardening services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, landscaping, and garden design. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring that your garden remains healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained.
Service Scheduling
Services are scheduled based on mutual availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but scheduling is subject to our team’s availability. Upon confirmation, a detailed schedule will be provided outlining the dates and times of service execution.
Payment Terms
Fees and Charges
Our fees are competitive and reflect the quality and expertise of the services provided. A detailed estimate will be presented prior to commencing any work, outlining all costs involved. Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payments are due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling Terms
We understand that schedules can change. Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible to ensure availability. While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, they are subject to team availability and may result in adjusted service dates.
Client Responsibilities
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing unobstructed access to their property during the agreed-upon service times. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked and that our team can reach all areas of the garden requiring maintenance.
Protective Measures
Clients should inform us of any hazardous conditions on their property, such as steep slopes, uneven ground, or the presence of pets. This information helps us take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of both our team and your property.
Liability and Insurance
Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Gardening Services Hackbridge is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, extreme weather events, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or injury during the provision of our services. Clients are encouraged to verify their own homeowner’s insurance policies to ensure full coverage.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any outstanding fees must be settled within 30 days of termination.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Our goal is to resolve any issues amicably and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients.
Amendments to Terms
Gardening Services Hackbridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
